Thought for the day
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened."
- Matthew 7:7-8
On behalf of Mission and Evangelism Department, a Mission field exposure visit was organized to Kadiri and Nallacheruvu Areas of Anadhapur District in Andrapradesh on 4th May 2018. Visit was started at 9am and the team has visited Bramanapally, Gandlapendta and Rekkamanu in Kadiri, and also visted Nallacheruvu areas. Visit was guided by Rev.David Naik (Kadiri Mission in Charge). Rev.Maxcin John (Synod Mission Director), Joshua Naik, Soloman Naik, Peerenaik, Ranganath and Esther Jyothi have accompanied in the visits.
Exposure visit was an eye -opening experience by which team could able to identify the needs of the fields such as Community Health Awareness Programs, Career Guidance, basic and necessary supports to the Missionaries in doing Missions, Tuition Centers, Medical Camps, formation of self-supporting groups, old age care, family welfare schemes etc. People are highly potential, but very much needed proper guidance as well as motivations. There are adequate possibilities to develop and move but needed to channelize and encouragements. Exposure Visit were concluded at 8pm.
Department is grateful to Rayalaseema Diocese, Bishop Rt.Rev.Dr.B.D. Prasada Rao and all other Officers, especially Rev.David Naik and Missionaries those who were rendered commendable service to lead the team through the Mission Fields.
